In-Store & Online Return/Exchange Policy
IN-STORE PURCHASE
If for any reason an item does not work for you we gladly accept returns on items purchased in store within 7 days of the original purchase date with receipt or through in-store Luna/Midnight Bloom Loyalty Account. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. All items must be returned in original condition. Luna and/or Midnight Bloom reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion.
Additionally items may be exchanged for equal or lesser cost of original purchase if product is in original condition of sale.
All plants, sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE RETURN
Items purchased online are eligible for return if received by Luna and/or Midnight Bloom within 14 days of the original delivery date. All plants, jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. The customer is responsible for return postage. Luna and/or Midnight Bloom reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion, including mailed returns that arrive damaged.
To return orders by mail, please send an email to Luna: lunadayton@gmail.com and/or Midnight Bloom: midnightbloomgoods@gmail.com and a member of our team will contact you with approval and instructions before shipping.
Please notify us within 3 days of arrival if items were damaged in transit. A refund or a replacement will be sent with our discretion. Please include photos of damages.
